    Sherine Duncan

    Born into real estate and property management, Sherine started working for a real estate appraiser at age 18 then on to starting her own mortgage company in her 20's. She has bought and managed many investment properties, developed land and built two of her own custom homes.     

    In 2006, after 20 years in the mortgage business, she began working in the title and escrow industry for Fidelity National Title. She worked in sales and marketing helping real estate agents with products and services to enhance their business which eventually led to her position as Sales Manager for the state of Hawaii. She was able to spend time on all Hawaiian islands and understands how Hawaii real estate thrives throughout the state.

    Sherine was born and raised in California, but is forever home in Kailua. With her love of family and ocean, she resides near the beach with her daughter, son-in-law and twin grand-daughters who live in the back Ohana.
